Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed on the phone, it is packed and handed to the courier within 24-48h.

Delivery time

Parcels normally arrive within 2-3 business days. Remote areas and islands can take one or two days longer.

Countries we ship to

Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece.

We do not currently deliver outside this list.

Shipping cost

Delivery is included in the price shown on the product page. No shipping fee, handling fee or cash-on-delivery fee is added at checkout or on delivery.

Tracking

You receive the courier tracking code by SMS or email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. See Track Your Order.

Missed delivery

If nobody is at the address, the courier leaves a notice and attempts delivery again or holds the parcel at a local pick-up point.
